The IRS has set up a new call in line for taxpayers to access copies of their prior years tax return info.  This is big news for students that need this info quickly to apply for federal student aid and also for new home buyers that need to confirm their earnings to be approved for a mortgage.  You can request a copy of prior years tax transcripts by calling  (800) 908-9946.
